Pengaruh Latihan Skiping terhadap Keterampilan Lompat Jauh pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas: Sebuah Studi Eksperimental

Studi ini menyelidiki dampak pelatihan lompat terstruktur pada keterampilan lompat jauh pada siswa sekolah menengah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 60 siswa, dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimental dan kontrol, menggunakan desain pretest-posttest. Kelompok eksperimen berpartisipasi dalam program lompatan 8 minggu, sementara kelompok kontrol mempertahankan kegiatan rutin. Keterampilan lompat jauh dinilai melalui tes standar sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Analisis mengungkapkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam keterampilan lompat jauh kelompok eksperimen dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan jarak lompatan rata-rata 0,37 m, kontras dengan kenaikan 0,04 m kelompok kontrol. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa latihan melewatkan secara efektif meningkatkan keterampilan lompat jauh pada siswa sekolah menengah, dengan implikasi untuk pendidikan jasmani dan kurikulum pelatihan atletik.
