Kolaborasi Antara Panitia dan Volunteer dalam Pelayanan pada Cabang Renang PON 2024 di Sumatera Utara

Objectives: Menganalisis efektivitas kolaborasi antara panitia resmi dan volunteer dalam memberikan pelayanan optimal pada cabang renang PON 2024 di Sumatera Utara, serta mengidentifikasi model kerjasama yang dapat diterapkan untuk event olahraga nasional di masa mendatang.
Methods: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan 25 responden (15 volunteer dan 10 panitia), focus group discussion (FGD), serta dokumentasi kegiatan selama penyelenggaraan PON 2024. Analisis data menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memvalidasi temuan.
Results: Kolaborasi panitia-volunteer berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 89%. Model pembagian tugas terbukti efektif dengan panitia menangani aspek teknis-administratif sementara volunteer fokus pada pelayanan langsung kepada atlet dan pengunjung. Terdapat peningkatan kapasitas volunteer sebesar 75% dalam keterampilan event management dan customer service.
Conclusion: Kolaborasi sinergis antara panitia dan volunteer menciptakan model pelayanan yang efisien dan berkualitas. Model ini dapat direplikasi untuk event olahraga nasional dengan adaptasi sesuai karakteristik lokal.
